Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading provider of building envelope solutions focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability in both commercial and residential projects.



Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional to promote spray foam insulation products within the commercial construction sector and to convert project leads into sales.

This role involves frequent travel, flexibility with a schedule of at least 50% availability, including evenings and weekends, and aligning work hours with client and team time zones.

Remote work is an option, either from a dedicated home office or a regional office.



Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Be a spray foam insulation expert and advocate for its use in commercial projects
  • Host educational seminars for architects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
  • Analyze competitors' specifications and propose alternative solutions
  • Manage project leads and track progress in Salesforce
  • Engage with industry associations and conduct education courses
  • Utilize construction industry tools for project analysis
  • Develop qualified leads for insulation contractors
  • Perform other assigned duties

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to prioritize leads based on project plans
  • Familiarity with industry tools like Dodge Data Analytics and Construct Connect Insight
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Proven time management abilities

Education and Experience:
  • Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, construction, architecture, engineering, or related field
    • Minimum of three years in sales or business development
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Preferred:
    • Prior experience in building materials and channels
