The role is responsible for the management of M&A transaction sourcing activity including through the development of proprietary relationships with founders, private equity firms, investment banking firms and various other avenues.

Responsible for full deal pipeline management for UL Solutions across the entire enterprise.

In addition to transaction sourcing, the role covers M&A execution including valuations, due diligence, analysis, deal structuring, and execution presentation.

Substantial work, collaboration and presentation interaction with the UL Solutions senior leadership team, including Customer Operating Unit, Segment and Corporate Function Leaders.

This also includes the the development of financial projections for select acquisition targets. Performs discounted cash flow analysis to determine valuations.

Capable of performing other valuation/returns analysis including comparable company and precedent transaction analysis; accretion/dilution analysis and return on invested capital.

Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Development professional experience is what is being considered for candidates for this role.
