Billing Specialist-Offering Stability and Growth

Overview:
We are looking for a Full-Time Billing Specialist for our Long Beach office. You will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll for the employees of Cambrian.
This position requires someone who is a team player, can multi-task with a "Yes we can" attitude.
Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday from 8:00AM-5:00PM OR Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00AM-5:00PM
This is not a remote position
Responsibilities:
Review draft invoices and resolve any discrepancies in order to finalize invoice in software
Processing payments on behalf of client
Maintaining organized financial records to aide reporting and calculating bill totals by looking through previous financial statements.
Prepare invoice data spreadsheets using MS Excel with formulas for monthly billing
Data entry in e-billing for monthly billing
Collaborating with patients or customers, third party institutions and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
Follow through with collections of outstanding amounts of invoices
Qualifications:
2+ year experience in data processing
Experienced with QuickBooks
Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel Computer proficiency, and to quickly learn software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and establish priorities
10- Key by touch with strong data entry skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
Able to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision
18+ years old
US work authorization
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and reference check
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Posted Min Pay Rate:
USD $19.00/Hr.
Posted Max Pay Rate:
USD $22.00/Hr.
