As a Field Sales Representative, your duties encompass all sales aspects from lead generation to finalizing deals within your designated area. Crafting and executing agreed-upon Go-To-Market strategies to achieve personal and business objectives of an expanding customer base are crucial responsibilities in your role.

You will team up with the Sales division and support staff to optimize revenue, profitability, and first-rate customer satisfaction in alignment with the company's vision and principles. Your primary focus will be on generating lucrative new business, playing a pivotal role in our ambitious growth strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Demonstrate and utilize professional selling skills, technical product knowledge, and industry insights
  • Create an annual business blueprint alongside the Regional Vice-President of Sales, outlining executable activities aimed at achieving or surpassing sales quotas
  • Cultivate client relationships and referrals
  • Engage in consultative selling and propose solutions in line with the WASH Value Proposition to potential and existing customers
  • Nurture business ties with property owners and decision-makers
  • Conduct effective proposal presentations and responses to requests-for-proposal that address customer needs
  • Maintain communication with all clients in the market area to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Participate in implementing company marketing strategies
  • Be prepared for local travel up to 50% weekly

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited institution is preferred
  • 3-5 years of successful external sales experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of pricing and proposal frameworks
  • Robust closing-sale abilities to enhance market share and profitability
  • Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets
  • Solid grasp of customer and market dynamics and their needs
  • Effective communication and presentation aptitude
  • Proven success in securing new business and expanding customer base is highly advantageous
  • Prior involvement in the multifamily laundry sector is a big plus
  • Negotiation skills are beneficial
  • Willingness to travel extensively and thrive in a high-performance setting is necessary
