OUTPATIENT

Clinicians in outpatient settings are responsible for theassessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of clients andfamilies in their care. Serving adults, children, and youth, the mental healthoutpatient services include such programs as Intensive Outpatient A&DServices and Integrated Services Team (IST or therapy in a clinic),School-Based Services and more.

Base salary ranges from $45,434 to $47,476 annually dependingon position, education, valid licensure, and relevant experience. Caseload andfrequency of contact vary based on client needs and acuity, program focus, andpopulation served. These factors as well as travel requirements and on-callexpectation determine salary. Certain clinical licenses increase salarysubstantially.
