The ideal candidate should have over a decade of experience overseeing the successful completion of such residential projects. The role entails managing all construction operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are crucial for delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all construction activities for multi-family residential projects from start to finish.
- Oversee site operations including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to interpret design plans and implement effective construction strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain project standards.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide leadership to on-site personnel and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
