Position Title: Lead Superintendent

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Pay: $110K-$140K

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Our clients are Top ENR general contractors and developers seeking talented Superintendents nationwide. They offer a competitive salary + bonus, excellent benefits, and additional perks All of our roles are direct hire with the client.

We work with a large client out of Las Vegas, Nevada that needs Lead Superintendents with commercial build experience in multiple areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Work collaboratively with team members and other design disciplines to create 3D design models and 2D drawings
  • Effectively coordinate with architectural drawings and follow engineering instruction, industry guidelines, and RAE standards
  • Produce preliminary foundation and framing plans with verbal, written, or detailed redlines
  • Assemble structural drawings using details and charts selected by the Project Engineer
  • Annotate, dimension, and detail 2D production drawings
  • Assist the structural engineering project lead with the management of the BIM workflow
  • Monitor work progress, anticipate changes or issues, and inform appropriate team members
  • Visit job sites with team members to take field measurements, document existing structural framing, site observation, and/or drawing coordination, as required

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and be a strong lead superintendent
  • Candidates local to NV are preferred, but relocations are considerable
  • Must have progressive commercial experience working with a general contractor (no subcontractors)
  • Must have project experience in one or more of the following areas: industrial (tilt, precast), high rise, casino or gaming, offices, data centers, airport expansions, health care (remodels, additions, or new builds), multi-family and mixed-use, education, high-end interiors, or related.
  • Good tenure, strong work ethic, and verifiable project experience
