About the job:


As the
Corporate Communications Specialist, you are responsible for executing and supporting global communications with a strong focus on corporate and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization communications.

This role works closely with internal stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs, goals and objectives for key situations, initiatives and programs and recommends, develops, and implements communication solutions, approaches and tactics to most effectively reach target internal audiences and achieve desired outcomes.


In your future role as a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will:

  • Support the Chief Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Officer with internal communications strategies and deliverables including written communications, presentation materials, webcasts, and town halls.
  • Assist with crisis communications including preparedness and response.
  • Support key internal and external events and other initiatives to promote employee, customer and community engagement and strengthen the company culture.
  • Support event communications and brand initiatives with event execution, presentation creation, crafting memos, talking points, and video scripts.
  • Work with crossfunctional departments to develop communications strategies and build awareness for various internal campaigns.
  • Plan, edit, write, design, and post content for a variety of internal communications channels, such as the employee Intranet, employee announcements, town halls, and weekly newsletters.
  • In collaboration with external communications, ensure that the company's messages and communications are consistent and timely for all key audiences.
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of communications campaigns to improve shortterm and longterm strategies; make recommendations for improvements to internal communications tools based on insights and best practices.
  • Plan the content strategy for a variety of internal communications channels, including the corporate intranet.

We believe you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field preferred
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills and a track record of working with executives and crossfunctional colleagues in IT, HR, Legal, Finance, etc.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and compelling messaging for very different audiences.
  • Excellent, proven project management experience; the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously while also developing effective communications under time constraints, including in urgent, critical, or crisis situations.
  • A datadriven approach to measuring and quantifying the impact of internal communications to ensure we're delivering the desired results and listening to employee feedback.

  • This is a permanent position on a fulltime basis, reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and will be onsite based in Radnor, PA or Houston, TX.
