  • Provide positive and professional support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring happy customers every step of the way.
  • Analyze complex laser printer issues, troubleshoot like a pro, and recommend winning solutions.
  • Become a master of our software and network tools, resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  • Juggle customer interactions and team collaboration seamlessly to expedite call resolution.
  • Make sound business decisions that benefit both Canon and the customer.
  • Document interactions clearly in our userfriendly applications for future reference.
  • Guide customers using our Total Care approach, helping them make informed purchase decisions and complete smooth online orders.

About You:

The Skills & Expertise You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience
  • Techsavvy: Proficient in PC operating systems (Windows/Mac), web navigation, email, and instant messaging tools
  • Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency are a must
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, multitask, prioritize, and solve problems
  • Communicate clearly (written & verbal) and actively listen
  • Manage your time effectively and ensure consistent attendance and reliability
  • Reliable highspeed internet and a quiet work environment are essential
