Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential)
- *Assist VIP Services Management with onboarding and training team members.
- *Maintain consistent department policies.
- *Build relationships with guests, focusing on Vietnamese-speaking players to enhance revenue.
- *Acquire new players and offer complimentary services to drive revenue growth.
- *Exceed guest expectations through personalized service.
- *Monitor player activity and promote play through various channels.
- *Collaborate with different casino departments for ultimate guest satisfaction.
- *Maintain confidentiality and security of player accounts.
- *Provide feedback on guest preferences to management.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma and 5 years of experience in related fields required.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and casino experience required.
- Office skills including Microsoft Office knowledge required.
- Must handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work irregular hours.
- Flexible to travel as needed.
Working Conditions
Noise level varies and facility is not smoke-free.
