The Business Development Executive is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads for a specified region through networking and regional familiarity. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for accepting leads from the Leads Generation Specialist for appointments. Upon conversion of a prospect to a client with a service, the future client relationship will be moved to an account manager. This individual must be an independent and self-motivated. This individual will be required to be in the Orlando market to support growth and development.

How You'll Make an Impact at Rehmann:

Working with marketing, sales director and leads generation specialist to assess and identify target markets in the region to create marketing plansProspects daily based on established relationships within the regionDevelopment of leads through established channels, such as phone, mass email communication, social media, etc.

to introduce Rehmann Technology SolutionsWorking with marketing and sales directors to assess marketing campaigns and next action itemsBuild and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

Manage data for new and prospective clients through CRM, ensuring all communications and information is accurate.

Prepare marketing and sales pipeline reports as necessaryYour Desired Skills, Values & Experiences:

Bachelors degree in business, communications or a related field5 to 7 years of sales experienceAbility to communicate with high-level decision makersConsistently maintains a network of contactsAbility to use various prospecting tools and techniquesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS productsProficient in Salesforce or similar CRMWe Put People First in all that we do.
