Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team,de klant en het management.
Je staat in voor coaching, motivatie en opvolging van je team op het terrein.
Operationeel werk je mee aan een excellente uitvoering van de taken.
Je biedt ondersteuning aan de planningscel bij last minute aanvragen.
De klant kan steeds terecht bij jou voor operationele vragen.
Buiten een goede people manager ben je ook een administratieve duizendpoot.
Je evalueert je team in samenwerking met het management. Bij functioneringsgesprekken geef je een schouderklopje, maar ook tips & coaching waarnodig.
Je zorgt voor de implementatie van nieuwe procedures en instructies.
