Responsibilities:

  • Review construction plans and schedules, analyze project requirements, determine timelines, costs, and staffing
  • Coordinate all elements involved in the completion of a project
  • Communicate with contract, construction, and operations personnel
  • Manage project budgets and costs
  • Review performance reports, identify problems, and propose solutions
  • Work with project managers, the superintendent, and others to supervise and coordinate the work of multiple project team members
  • Schedule crews and materials according to owner, architect, and engineer requests, and assure on-time completion of projects
  • Optimize completion time and plan resources to work as efficiently as possible
  • Review and analyze schedules and reports daily for issues, bottlenecks, and status, and develop action plans to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate daily work status reports and communicate regularly with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel
  • Ensure timely material delivery and installation
  • Establish relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure on-time completion of projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor"s degree in construction management
  • 2+ years" project management experience
  • Knowledge of construction methods and technologies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize workflow to meet customer expectations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades:

  • Trabajar con gerentes de proyecto, el superintendente y otros para supervisar y coordinar el trabajo de varios miembros del equipo del proyecto.
  • Programe equipos y materiales de acuerdo con las solicitudes del propietario, arquitecto e ingeniero, y garantice la finalización a tiempo de los proyectos.
  • Optimice el tiempo de finalización y planifique los recursos para trabajar de la manera más eficiente posible.
  • Revisar y analizar cronogramas e informes diariamente para detectar problemas, cuellos de botella y estados, y desarrollar planes de acción para resolver problemas.
  • Mantener informes diarios precisos sobre el estado del trabajo y comunicarse periódicamente con los gerentes de proyecto, superintendentes y personal de campo.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar múltiples tareas.
