As a key member of the construction team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale, intricate projects, focusing on Foundations, Concrete, Structural Steel, Masonry, and the entire building envelope.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Project Management:**
    • Oversee day-to-day construction tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality control standards.
  • **Team Leadership:**
    • Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure a secure work environment.
    • Coordinate day-to-day construction tasks efficiently.
    • Schedule and manage crews and subcontractors.
    • Facilitate timely procurement of materials and equipment.
    • Liaise with foremen to align on daily production plans.
  • **Quality Control:**
    • Oversee and maintain quality control standards.
    • Provide comprehensive daily work reports.
    • Offer technical expertise and guidance to resolve production issues, ensuring corrective actions are executed.
  • **Project Adherence:**
    • Ensure project adherence to schedule, specifications, safety standards, and meet Project Manager expectations.
    • Act as the primary interface with project owners.
**Requirements:**
  • **Communication Skills:**
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • **Leadership Abilities:**
    • Proficiency in motivating teams for daily productivity and efficiency.
  • **Problem-Solving:**

    • Self-motivated problem solver.
  • **Experience:**
    • Proven track record of career stability and successful superintendent roles.
    • Minimum 5 years' Superintendent experience on projects exceeding $2 Million.
    • Preferably experienced in large medical/healthcare/schools/laboratory facilities with MEP experience.
  • **Education:**
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management recommended; equivalent experience considered.
