Form Energy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Equipment Maintenance team. This role reports into our Equipment Maintenance Manager and is responsible for managing and scheduling the work of maintenance staff, providing training and mentorship, and ensuring all maintenance work is performed in accordance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule the work of maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Assign tasks and projects based on priority and resource availability to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Oversee corrective maintenance and repairs to ensure timely completion and minimize costs

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or energy-related industry
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
