Pharmacy Position at University of Virginia
- Make sure medications are used safely and effectively by choosing the right drugs and dosage, monitoring drug therapy, and more.
- Input physician orders and check for accuracy.
- Provide drug information to customers.
- Adhere to pharmacy regulations.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Compensation: $83.94 per hour
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Degree
- Experience: None required
- Licensure: Virginia State Board of Pharmacy License and AHA Health Care Provider BLS certification
Physical Demands:
- Job involves prolonged standing, attention to detail, and lifting up to 20lbs.
- Potential exposure to chemicals.
