Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation:

Implement and manage lead generation strategies to create sales opportunities and grow our customer base, working closely with sales to ensure alignment and effectiveness.


Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.


Marketing Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.

Website Optimization:
Monitor and improve the website's user experience, SEO, and conversion rates in collaboration with the development team.

Social Media Management:
Maintain and grow our presence on various social media platforms, engaging with our audience and cultivating relationships.

Event Coordination:
Plan and execute virtual or in-person events such as webinars, trade shows, or networking events.

Vendor Management:
Collaborate with external vendors, designers, or freelancers as needed.

Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including experience in demand generation and copywriting (experience in a startup or SaaS environment is a plus).

Design experience is a plus, including familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in marketing software tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.

Creative thinking with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media advertising best practices.

Self-motivated, with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
