Component Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Update servicing procedures for optimal service performance
  • Test and validate service procedures for Software, Hardware, and Remote Service
  • Prioritize and evaluate field feedback relevant to Software, Hardware, and Remote service platform
  • Create and author service content for service engineers
  • Test and validate service content, tools, and procedures
  • Collaborate with Design & Development Teams, Marketing, Sales, and Field Service
