Component Engineer Responsibilities:
- Update servicing procedures for optimal service performance
- Test and validate service procedures for Software, Hardware, and Remote Service
- Prioritize and evaluate field feedback relevant to Software, Hardware, and Remote service platform
- Create and author service content for service engineers
- Test and validate service content, tools, and procedures
- Collaborate with Design & Development Teams, Marketing, Sales, and Field Service
