We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Bechtel Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for conducting field investigations and client interviews to determine work scope and cost estimates for civil/structural aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design, development, modification, evaluation, and constructability reviews of civil/structural components and processes.
  • Ensure the unique and complex requirements of a project's civil/structural aspects are met.
  • Participate in the design, development, and modification of Civil/Structural components and processes.
  • Design structures using knowledge of structural analysis, including statics, dynamics, and materials engineering.
  • Originate and check structural engineering deliverables, such as steel and concrete calculations, specifications, and material requisitions.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil/structural engineering principles and practices.
