CNC Operator Position Available

We are currently looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to cut, shape, and form metal pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting blueprints and performing necessary calculations for machining tasks
  • Setting up tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines
  • Utilizing Mastercam 2D and 3D software for die component repairs or replacements
  • Fabricating fixtures and jig components as required
  • Monitoring machine operations for accuracy
  • Using precision measuring instruments to ensure work piece dimensions meet specifications
  • Collaborating with Maintenance for tool and machine repairs

Additional Roles:

  • Adhering to FIC's Safety policies and procedures
  • Following TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Engaging in 5-S activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of CNC Lathe Machine programming and operation experience
  • Proficiency with Mazak Machine operations
  • Familiarity with Mastercam 2D & 3D milling
  • Openness to cross-training opportunities
  • Availability for overtime work
  • Ability to work 2nd Shift starting around 5:00pm
