summary Responsible for prospecting, identifying business opportunities and generating new business through outbound calls and social media referrals to expand market presence.

Developing successful relationships with potential and existing clients, identify market trends to leverage and grow market presence, collaborating with executives on business strategy to evaluate current trends.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities v Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

v Responsible for all stages of the sales cycle:
Prospecting, introduction, qualifying, presentation, objections, quote and close. v Follow-up on customer sample requests, proposals or quotes. v Make high volume outbound calls to prospect potential new clients and turn this into increased business. v Develop strategic relationships with existing key customers in an effort to increase market share with products and services.

v Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls (including cold calling) v Respond promptly to customer inquiries v Enter sales orders and proof invoices v Track stock levels to ensure customers' orders are handled effectively v Follow up and document all customer interactions v Assist Operations with any special needs v Reports to the Business Development Manager and supervisor, providing regular input on all account activity, including status on a weekly basis v Meeting and exceeding individual sales quota goals required-skills: Education and Experience: v Excellent oral and written English language communication skills v Minimum 1-2 years of business-to-business product inside sales and customer service v Good organizational skills v Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and Power Point.

v Bilingual (Spanish) a plus v High School Diploma or equivalent High Schoolrequired-experience: Minimum 1-2 years
