About the Company:
Colorado Behavior and Learning Group (CBLG) operates three intensive full-time ABA centers catering to individuals with maladaptive behaviors and developmental delays. With a team of dedicated BCBA supervisors, CBLG is committed to delivering high-quality services in alignment with BACB standards.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Academy Center, serving children aged 7 and under at our ABA center. The position offers guaranteed hours per week within our operating hours of 7am-5pm on weekdays, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral interventions from treatment plans
  • Provide one-to-one interventions as per the treatment plan
  • Collect data to assess intervention effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and team members
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to commute to Colorado Springs, CO
  • Pass agility test including physical tasks
