Position Overview: The operations coordinator at Dutch is a versatile professional with exceptional customer service, recruitment, and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate should possess a friendly demeanor to attract veterinarians to the platform, while also effectively troubleshooting issues with the existing vet team.

This role involves meticulous data analysis to solve complex scheduling and availability challenges, as well as to gain insights into vet performance and behavior.

Moreover, the coordinator will play a crucial role in managing bi-weekly payroll operations, collaborating with the Head of Vet Ops to achieve budget objectives.


Responsibilities at Dutch:
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and supervise the veterinary network, assess vet performance, provide feedback, and report performance trends and personnel issues to management.
  • Scheduling Management: Optimize vet schedules to ensure maximum availability in all operational states and address schedule gaps at an hourly level.
  • Recruiting: Lead the recruitment pipeline, including sourcing, contacting, and onboarding vets in essential states.
  • Training and Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding and training process for newly recruited vets to ensure they are ready to operate independently on the platform.
  • Payroll Administration and Support: Address vet inquiries promptly, facilitate bi-weekly payments, and collaborate with the Head of Vet Ops to meet financial targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience, preferably in telehealth or veterinary operations
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in data tools like Tableau, Sigma, Excel
  • Effective communicator in various settings
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Startup background desired
