This position requires utmost attention to detail in coordinating the efforts among both internal and external parties.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompose, send, collect, update, and manage all collaboration agreements between the providers and their respective collaborators.

Assist with facilitating collaboration between providers and collaborators by scheduling meetings, collecting completed charts and sending them for review by the collaborator, tracking the process.

Onboarding new providers including but not limited to sending welcome emails, submitting appropriate tickets, collecting documents, communicating with scheduling, mailing supplies.

Ongoing monitoring and collecting copies of provider documentation including but not limited to license, DEA renewal, BLS.Assisting when need for helping to manage providers concerns and requests.

Provide a high level of customer service to the organizationPrepare and act as primary contact for offer letterProvide outreach calls to patients as a back-up when outreach specialists are unavailable and will reschedule appointments as requestedProvide operational support to Specialty ProgramsOther duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceHigh school diploma/GED required.

Experience in office management, call center or an administrative role.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a call center environmentAbility to work independently and prioritize work assignments to meet department deadlinesMust be adept in using Microsoft Office softwareMust have demonstrable experience in quickly learning and applying new software tools and programs as well as using electronic work toolsDemonstrated written and verbal communications skillsPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience2 years of experience in medical office or other healthcare settingProven, positive interactions with medical professionals and experience in scheduling patient appointments Pay TransparencyIndividual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
