YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DENTIST OFFICE ASSISTANT - DENTISTRY TREATMENT COORDINATOR:

As a Dentist Office Assistant - Dentistry Treatment Coordinator at Dental Design of Arcadia, you'll be the superhero who seamlessly coordinates treatment plans, ensuring our patients receive the personalized care they deserve.


Your day will be filled with excitement and fulfillment as you engage with our patients, providing them with a warm welcome and a listening ear.

Together, you'll create customized treatment plans, guiding them through the process with compassion and expertise.

By sharing your knowledge and addressing any concerns, you'll empower our patients to make informed decisions about their oral health, leaving them with confident smiles.

In addition to your patient interactions, you'll be the organizational genius who keeps our schedule running smoothly. Effortlessly coordinating appointments and optimizing our dental team's time, you'll be the heartbeat of our practice. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional patient care will make each day a rewarding experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of dental industry experience, which will enable you to effectively communicate treatment plans and engage patients with empathy and care
  • A warm and professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records

WORK SCHEDULE
