About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing dental office, where you will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, insurance coverage, and financial situation.
- Coordinate with dentists and hygienists to schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Process and manage patient payments, including billing and insurance claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to achieve our goal of providing high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental software and technology, including Dentrix and Dental Intel.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dental office or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in dental software and technology, including Dentrix and Dental Intel.
