You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.Provide Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise and experience for assigned Epic module related to Epic MyChart
Collaborate with end users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner and make corrective configuration or enhancements
Lead small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phases
Provide technical and/or clinical consultation including application configuration. Develop, support and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation
Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use
Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and perform unit, system and integrated testing tasks and activities for EpicCare Ambulatory workflow
Provide support of application incidents reported through the help desk; Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of software functionality; Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with Epic software
Work with trainers to develop and maintain application specific training curriculum and materials
Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control
Develop solid relationships with end user communities, customers and business partners
Facilitate communication with stakeholders from initial requirements to final implementation
Troubleshoot and/or resolve application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate

Active/current Epic certification in MyChart
~ Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications, proficiencies, and badges
~2+ years Epic application experience
~ Proven Epic systems application knowledge to build, test, support and training for MyChart workflow
~ Refuel Implementation experience
~ Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
~ Ability to travel up to 25%

Experience in department build, and implementing community connect locations

The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
