Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on migration projects, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Analyze large datasets to prepare for migrations, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement business solutions, driving process improvements and standardization.
  • Communicate and train internal and external stakeholders on new business processes and initiatives.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement business solutions through research, analysis of data, and business processes.
  • Translate requirements into functional requirements for development teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Provide support during the Design, Development, Testing, & Production phases of a project.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Reporting, Business Analysis, and/or Accounts Receivable.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC-based software programs (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, time and project management, problem-solving, organization, and analysis skills.
