\\The Sales Performance Management (SPM) department of Moody\'s Analytics(MA) is responsible for controlling and operating the variablecompensation program for the MA global Sales team. This includesassigning credit for transactions to sales professionals, calculatingcommission payments, and reporting results. This is achieved by usingand maintaining an Incentive Compensation Management (SPM) system inconjunction with CRM system, and by partnering closelywith Sales reps and managers.

\ Job Description:

The ideal candidate would ideally be from a technical background with anunderstanding of the necessary tools and technologies.

As a member ofthe SPM Business Architecture team, the Analyst is mainly responsiblefor:

Maintenance, enhancement and upgrade (where / when possible) ofBusiness Processes to ensure updates and judgment calls are welldocumented, traceable and can be easily audited
Managing and maintaining a current and historical database of keyterritory metrics
Understanding and maintenance of territory definition accuracy andcompleteness so it is ready to be executed. Organize the informationin a way that is ready to operationalize.
Automating rules writing; manage combo ID and role groupshierarchies
Analyze large data sets to identify effective ways of boostingorganizational efficiency. Using data analytics, you will derivelogical conclusions to implement strategies that can improveperformance and reliable reporting
Collaborate with the internal team and stakeholders to gain anin-depth understanding of critical business requirements
Running and managing a range of excel/Alteryx based tools which areused to maintain accurate and up to date sales territory information
Conducting tests, surveys, and workshops to ensure positive outcomes
Finding new and innovative ways of capturing sales and creditingperformance data and come up with out-of-the-box solutions toproblems.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills toeffectively interact with diverse stakeholders
Problem-solving and ability to think out of the box/be creative
Ace communicator who effortlessly translates business needs intotech lingo and vice versa. Ability to turn complex concepts intosimple language
Excellent attention to detail
A knack for problem-solving and analytical thinking. Must possessstrong initiative and a get-it-done attitude
10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or ina similar data-driven role. System/business analysis experiencerequired
Agile enthusiast with project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other languages isbeneficial
Familiarity with programming languages and querying databases
Thrive in multi-cu tural environment and can manage working withstakeholders from multiple time zones.

Technical:
Several years of relevant experience in business management orinformation systems
Prior experience (full-time, internship or apprenticeship) asBusiness/Sales Analyst or similar
Excellent Excel skills, ideally with SQL, PowerBI and / or Alteryxknowledge
Excellent research and analytic skills.
