- Utilize creative skills to develop innovative menu options.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition.
- Collaborate with banquet department for event execution.
- Use computer skills effectively for sales and operations.
- Ensure client satisfaction for all events by working with outside vendors.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality and catering sales required.
- 1+ year of catering sales experience.
- Knowledge of sales skills, revenue management, and hotel operations.
- Effective communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
