About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at KG Facility Solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth in the janitorial and property management sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify potential clients through market research and analysis.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of new client acquisition and existing account management.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of successful sales experience in the janitorial and property management field.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong Networking and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of Janitorial Services and Property Management Practices: In-depth knowledge of janitorial services and property management practices, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients.
