Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs repairs on structures, plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment.
- Paints interior and exterior walls, cleans property areas, and maintains records of maintenance tasks.
- Serves as a liaison for facility vendors and ensures compliance with safety and regulations.
