Role and Responsibilities
  • Act as the decision-maker and main point of contact in the Shore Department for everything related to business needs.
  • Provide financial guidance to Shore Department leadership, including budget planning, analysis, and coordination.
  • Manage the performance appraisal and position management program to ensure compliance with procedures and timely reports.
  • Coordinate Shore Department awards programs.
Requirements

  • Must enroll in the direct deposit pay program.
  • Required to obtain and maintain security clearance.
  • You may need to travel to various locations as part of the job.
  • Completion of ethics orientation and financial disclosure within specified timeframes.
  • Certification in Business Financial Management under Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act is mandatory.
  • Must complete training and handle government credit card for travel expenses.
