Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Assistant Dean for Clinical Placement and Community Partnerships at the esteemed Connell School. The Assistant Dean plays a vital role in ensuring students' optimal clinical education placement, a fundamental part of the academic program. Reporting directly to the Dean, this role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with hospital administrators and placement sites, managing placement operations, and overseeing the contractual and technological aspects of clinical placements.

  • Strategically place students in diverse clinical settings
  • Collaborate with program directors and faculty to meet learning objectives
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and technology solutions for placements
  • Provide recommendations to expand access to placements and foster community partnerships
  • Supervise a team and ensure productivity and performance improvement

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience
  • Management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of nursing is advantageous

Salary Range: $99,450 to $124,300 per year, commensurate with experience.
