Responsibilities:

" Analyzes architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs.

" Interface with Engineering, Operations and Network Planning organizations to serve and support proper designs needed to simplify and modernize the legacy network.

" Track monthly Engineering and Operations progress to ensure progress is being made to achieve Open For Sales, Copper Migration and Switch shutdown targets.

" Sharing progress with leaders and other stakeholders with dashboards and reports.

Must Have Skills:

" Planning and organization skills in a dynamic and high pressure work environment.

" Strong analytical skills.

" Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.

" Experience with OSP engineering and processes

" Experience in Engineering systems (e.g. WFM, BDMS, nTAS Canvas, vBuild)

" Strong leadership skills

" Excellent oral and written communication skills

" Ability to act independently with a sense of urgency and appropriately escalate issues as required

" Ability to work in a cross functional capacity between various internal and external organizations

" Ability to balance multiple projects with varying priorities

DESIRED SKILLS:

" Experience working with Permitting and Easements in Northern Virginia

" Experience working with Local Municipal Governments in Northern Virginia

" Experience with OSP engineering and processes

" Experience analyzing SFU, SBU, MTU and MDU FTTP designs

" Experience in Engineering systems (e.g. IDDS, FIM, L-FIM)

" Experience working with Property Managers for Multi-Dwelling / Multi-Tenant Properties

Education/Certifications :
Bachelor s Degree or 4 or more years of work Experience
