We are currently looking for an Azure Solution Architect based in the US to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide engineering expertise and second-level support for Azure platform and related services. Demonstrating proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Azure Platform Services is a key requirement for this role. Responsibilities include assessing, designing, and supporting solutions utilizing various Azure platform components.

As an Azure Solution Architect, you will be involved in architecting and engineering Microsoft Azure solutions, offering technical guidance on different Azure architecture elements in an Enterprise setting. Effective communication at all organizational levels (Technical, PM's, and Executives) regarding Azure Platform Services is essential.

  • Implement, support, and maintain customers' Azure environment
  • Write assessment, design, migration, and operational support documents
  • Provide technical guidance to delivery teams during managed services engagements
  • Address top tier escalations for critical errors in customer environments
  • Conduct technical deep dives and Root Cause Analysis
  • Assist in designing and developing monitoring and remote management tools
  • Manage, evaluate performance, coach, and provide career guidance to team members

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting Azure infrastructure
  • Migration experience from on-premises environments to Azure
  • Strong Azure Networking design and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Modern Authentication and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Proficiency in Azure AD, Conditional Access, Cloud Adoption Framework, Well-Architected Framework, and Management & Governance
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 Security Center and deploying security policies
  • Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams effectively
  • Experience with client testing, server patching, and deployment assistance
  • Proficiency in Azure CLI, PowerShell, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.
  • Knowledge of Azure PAAS Services, Identity Management, Security Center, Sentinel, etc.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with specified IT technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
  • Certifications such as AZ-900, MS-500, AZ-103, AZ-500, AZ-104
