**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Azure Partner Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and success of our partners in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Partner Solution Selling**
    • Identify and communicate Azure sales and solutions opportunities to partners.
    • Coach partners on developing a consumption/usage practice and generating leads for specific products.
    • Leverage segment experience to support partners with access to the right capabilities.
  • **Delivering Partner Success**
    • Develop and implement a consumption/usage customer practice building or enhancement plan aligned with business goals.
    • Instruct partners on approaching customer success as a practice to deliver results effectively.
    • Improve understanding of partners with tools and analyses, and leverage customer targeting tools to identify optimal customer opportunities.
  • **Sales Performance Growth**
    • Manage Azure consumption revenue growth with key partners.
    • Run the rhythm of business (ROB) motion with partners to drive accountability to Azure customer success practice.
    • Work with the partner development manager to address performance gaps.
  • **Sales Execution**
    • Share best practices and leverage experience across the team.
    • Advocate for strong coordination of internal resources to maximize sales efficiency.
    • Encourage and coach partners on tools and resources to exhaust all opportunities to develop relationships with existing customers.
Requirements
  • **Qualifications**
    • 6+ years of sales, industry channel sales, and industry sales experience.
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 2+ years in sales, industry channel sales, and industry sales.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • **Preferred Qualifications**
    • Completed training and/or certification on Microsoft technologies or similar information technology solutions or software applications.
    • Demonstrable sales hygiene & deal excellence discipline.
    • Capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
    • Strategic thinking & execution.
    • Experienced in orchestrating and leading virtual teams to develop and drive sales through various engines.
    • Experience selling business to business IT solutions and meeting revenue targets.
