As a Documentation & Closing Specialist based ideally at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA headquarters, you will fill a vital role in helping us provide excellent customer service at every step of the closing process.

A Documentation & Closing Specialist's most important responsibility is to provide excellent customer service in everything you do and put the customer first.

Documentation & Closing Specialists are responsible for every aspect of getting a deal across the finish line and the keys to our customers' new trucks in their hands as quickly and accurately as possible.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.A/B.S. preferred but not required
  • Minimum of two (2) years previous documentation work experience required
  • Previous transportation or financial services experience preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail, emphasis on accuracy and strong sense of urgency

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the Sales Team internally throughout the Crossroads financing workflow
  • Assist with the prioritization of workflow based on daily deadlines, funding cut offs and month end priorities
  • Primary advocate and single point of contact for funding packages that are being processed by Crossroads originating from your designated team.
  • Conducts supplemental data entry, prepares documentation/signing packages as well as funding packages
  • Works in partnership with the Sales Team as well as directly with the dealerships to collect and validate stipulated prerequisite information
  • Ensures all documentation is properly executed and signed off
  • Ensures our assets are properly secured via a title, ucc or any other method of perfection
  • Reviews all data received for accuracy
  • Communicates with various departments and dealer groups on status of files
  • Understands basic grant and loan programs offered by various state and federal agencies that may be related to commercial truck loans and leases.
  • Ability to multitask and take instruction from multiple sources
  • Practices the "3E" rule (Exhaust Every Effort) to obtain what is needed directly
  • Follows policy and procedures

Compensation:

- $28-$31 hourly depending on experience and qualifications
