Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist at New World Medical

Overview:

The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with the Digital Communications & Business Analytics Manager to create and distribute analytical reports for the Domestic Sales & Marketing Division, delivering critical insights to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate Monthly Ranking Reports for Surgical Sales Consultants (SSCs) following the directives of the US Sales Director.
  • Design Monthly Sales Dashboards using SalesForce Analytics and Utilization reporting.
  • Keep the Sales Team Roster current with regional information and contacts.
  • Assist Sales Management in aligning territories based on data insights.
  • Perform product and contract evaluations to enhance sales tactics.
Qualifications:

Understanding of business operations and data interpretation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Google Data Studio, SalesForce CRM, and SAP is a plus.
- Technologically adept with a keen interest in computer science.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
Relevant professional experience is beneficial.

Physical Requirements:

Capability to sit, stand, bend, and lift occasionally.
Proficient communication and computer skills.
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
Extended periods of screen time for viewing and typing.

Compensation:
$65,000-$73,000/year
