Logistical Support Customer Service Representative

Hours: Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts only, with training on 1st shift.

SUMMARY

This phone-based customer service position involves supporting a government customer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide superior customer service by answering calls promptly.
  • Follow established procedures for responding to and routing calls.
  • Gather information to determine customer needs and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Log customer details accurately in the database.
  • Access databases for information, perform research, and find solutions for customer needs.
  • Handle inquiries and requests professionally and courteously.
  • Flexibility in work hours and shifts is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English, with Spanish proficiency preferred for certain positions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. Citizen.
  • Pass a background check for federal security clearance.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Employees must multitask, speak, listen, read, and use a computer during their shift.

Individuals may also be mobile throughout the building.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work primarily in a cubicle, independently and as part of a team in a moderately noisy environment.

SECURITY

Certain positions require a security clearance, and background checks are mandatory.
