Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients with a warm welcome and smile
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and in person
  • Maintaining a tidy and comfortable environment
  • Supporting physical therapists' needs
  • Maintaining a full schedule
  • Explaining the value of cash pay physical therapy and comfortable with price points of $199+
  • Processing payments
  • Opening/closing the clinic

We are looking for someone to help us deliver an incredible experience to our patients and add to our amazing clinic environment.

Our true passion is helping people heal themselves in a way they never thought possible. Along with amazing customer service, you will be expected to communicate to potential patients the value of our services. This will include speaking of pricing and our billing structure. This is not a typical Patient Coordinator/Front Desk job, nor is this your typical physical therapy clinic.

We go above and beyond to make sure our patients have what they need, are empowered to take control of their health, and have a great experience throughout the process.

We love what we do and are looking for someone with the same mindset and philosophy.

The clinic is open from Monday to Thursday (7AM to 6PM) and Friday (7AM to 4PM) Sat (8am-12pm). Your shifts whether part time or full time will be within these hours.
