Project Specialist I - R&D Physician Engagement

Location : Arden Hills, MN

Work Mode : Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Your responsibilities will include:

Support planning and execution of R&D global physician engagementsManage EP R&D annual needs assessment and IRF processLiaise with R&D, Marketing and Commercial leaders to create specific goals and objectives for each physician engagement sessionfollowing a global calendarEstablish routine communication channels and cadence with stakeholders prior, during, and following physician engagement eventsPartner with supporting staff across functions to ensure timely execution of physician contracting and travel.Provide a single point of contact for physicians and local field personnel to coordinate travel logisticsWork with teams including R&D and Global marketing to create agendas for advisory lab sessionsCoordinate equipment and supply readiness and shipping / customs paperwork for domestic and international eventsCreate tools for tracking event execution to drive efficiency and process improvementsContribute to continuous improvement / innovation for future programsDevelop and manage technical assets (simulators)Coordination of PFA connect (US workstream) and APAC connectR&D communication workstreams (partner with marketing)

Required qualifications:

BS in BME or related engineering discipline with 0-3 years of medical device experienceExceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage dynamic situationsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative approach
