Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester/Solderer to ensure the quality and functionality of our products meet industry standards. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in testing and adjusting units to meet specifications and troubleshooting identified issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform solder assembly operations according to established procedures.
  • Test and adjust units to meet in-shop, final test, and FTP specifications.
  • Read and understand overall drawings, test specifications, and ATP reports.
  • Utilize measurement instruments to check parts for compliance with quality specifications.
  • Troubleshoot a wide variety of complex units.
  • Operate mass spectrometers and ESS equipment when required.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment, sharing work and problem-solving responsibilities.
  • Provide training to other employees as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance background required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of soldering experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of various quality assurance/measurement equipment including but not limited to mass spectrometers and ESS equipment.
  • Ability to effectively read blueprints (will be tested prior to hire).
  • Mechanical aptitude required.
  • Assembly background highly desired.
  • Electrical background highly desired.
  • Ability to effectively write quality assurance reports/findings.
