Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a Business Plan with a strategy and tactical plan to achieve annual and quarterly sales goals in the US market.
- Direct management of field sales staff, budget, forecasting, prospect, and account strategy.
- Achieve sales quota and business objectives for growth of new account sales.
- Establish and maintain a sales pipeline reflecting appropriate sales stage metrics.
- Drive adherence to company-defined sales processes and cadence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and present requests, negotiate contracts.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients for customer satisfaction and product promotion.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to generate sales leads.
- Demonstrate and enhance healthcare industry knowledge through participation in relevant associations and training.
- Provide feedback to the product leadership to improve competitive position.
- Maintain relationships with established regional and national IDN.

Experience & Skills:

Required Experience and Qualifications:

EDUCATION

Minimum:
Bachelor's in healthcare, science, marketing, business, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in healthcare and technology sales, especially in enterprise IT and digital diagnostic systems. Understanding the market and the competition is essential.

Must have a successful history in sales, particularly in new business development.

Minimum of 10 years in enterprise healthcare IT sales focusing on capturing new business.

- Ability to lead a sales strategy through complex organizations.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a sales team effectively.
- Engage and deliver value proposition to C-suite executives of healthcare systems.

- Miller Heiman Strategic and/or Solution Selling certification.
- Strong business acumen and proven business development experience.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking skills to create profitable business opportunities.
- Ability to set and execute tactics for tangible results.
- Commitment to teamwork and fostering productive relationships.
Compensation $175k-$230k,
