The Hire-Search Group is seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join our team in San Francisco. This role will play a key part in driving the growth of our audit practice by managing current business and developing new opportunities in the region.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience at the Partner or Director level in the audit business line of a national or regional public accounting firm. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated marketing/sales skills combined with delivery of quality service in managing engagements, client relationships, and practice administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling the services of the Firm and expertly pricing and providing services to maximize profits
  • Functioning as a community business leader through establishing a professional reputation and network
  • Promoting One-Firm focus by actively collaborating and cooperating with other Partners in representing the Firm to current and prospective clients and in servicing existing clients

The selected candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and a CPA is required. We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 per year, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
