About the Role:

We're hiring our first Cybersecurity Audit Subject Matter Expert to join our growing team. You'll collaborate directly with customers to configure and optimize their audit workflows using the Fieldguide platform. This role involves streamlining processes, maximizing platform value, and ensuring the platform aligns with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure, implement, and optimize audit workflows within the Fieldguide platform for customers.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, streamlining their audit processes and maximizing platform value.
  3. Provide expert guidance on audit standards and best practices across multiple areas (financial audits, government audits like NIST, FedRAMP, or CMMC).
  4. Partner with product and engineering to enhance platform capabilities based on audit expertise and customer feedback.
  5. Be a technical resource for internal teams, advising on complex audit scenarios and ensuring adherence to standards and frameworks.
  6. Drive successful outcomes through hands-on platform configuration, workflow optimization, and customer engagement.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in external and/or internal audit roles, ideally across both.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: financial audits, government audits, or IT security.
  • Outstanding project management skills with experience leading end-to-end projects independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex audit concepts.
  • A consultative mindset with a problem-solving approach focused on driving tangible outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
