We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Representative with expertise in logistics to join our dynamic team.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base within the freight forwarding industry, leveraging your knowledge of logistics to provide tailored solutions to our clients.

This is a hybrid-remote position, applicants need to already reside in Florida.

Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.

Utilize your expertise in logistics to assess client needs and provide customized freight forwarding solutions, specializing in LTL and FTL clientele.

Candidates with a transferable book of business are highly preferred.
Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels including networking events, cold calling, and online research.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding services and exceed customer expectations.

Leverage our extensive connections with trucking and warehousing companies nationwide for full truckload shipments, and utilize our intuitive broker system for LTL shipments, which operates like Expedia, offering real-time, competitive pricing from carriers such as FedEx and DHL.

Negotiate pricing and service terms to secure profitable contracts with clients.

Highlight the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our sales tool, which simplifies the process for brokers to pitch our services to clients.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to strategically position our services in the market.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing the benefits of partnering with our company.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports for management.

Requirements :


Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry with a strong background in logistics, specifically focusing on LTL and FTL clientele.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Existing book of business within the freight forwarding industry is highly desirable.
Must be located in Florida and have knowledge of the territory.

Compensation :
Competitive base salary of $75,000+ with experience.
Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential, providing lucrative incentives for exceeding sales targets.
