Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote
Department: Inside Sales
Compensation: 1099 position with a generous commission. Option to move to base plus commission after 6 months of proven sales.

Part-time and Full-time Opportunities Available

As a Business Development Manager at HireVenture, you will play a crucial role in our Full Desk model, handling both business development and recruiting efforts shared among all BDMs.

This is a 1099 commission position, ideal for self-motivated professionals eager to drive results and contribute to our growth.

Compensation:

This role is commission for the first 6 months. After this period, based on your productivity, HireVenture will assess your performance and provide the option to either:

  • Remain strictly commission-based, or
  • Move to a base plus commission model. Choosing a base salary option will result in reduced commission rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Source, screen, and recruit top talent for our clients' needs.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with other BDMs to share recruiting efforts and resources.
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years Proven experience in business development and recruiting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
