Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in bussing, clearing, and resetting tables promptly for a welcoming dining atmosphere.
- Monitor and replenish supplies to ensure uninterrupted service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness across all restaurant areas and assist with basic food preparation tasks.
- Follow sanitation and food handling protocols to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive work environment and provide support during busy periods.
- Adhere to company policies, uniform standards, and punctuality guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and pay attention to detail.
- Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds during shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is beneficial.
