Responsibilities:
  • Engage in a high volume of outbound phone calls to warm leads to find potential clients
  • Boost bookings and ongoing revenue growth by creating, qualifying, and nurturing a sales pipeline
  • Innovatively address customer requirements by offering top-notch software solutions
  • Organize and implement necessary daily and weekly activities to generate sales opportunities for AbacusNext
  • Acquire knowledge about the company's products/services and collaborate with the Marketing team in executing campaigns, programs, and closed-loop business & sales development activities
  • Exceed sales performance objectives
  • Maintain an updated CRM system with precise notes and pipelines
  • Participate in regular meetings with the sales team
  • Collaborate with internal sales operations stakeholders on reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Cold Calling
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting goals and/or quotas
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Goal-driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and organized
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Familiarity with sales technology and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)

For this sales role, the pay range is between $45,000 to $50,000. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as role, location, individual qualifications, market conditions, and business priorities. Additionally, there will be a commission structure with accelerators for exceeding targets. Bonuses and other incentives may also be part of the compensation package, depending on company performance and individual achievements.
